My life’s work is devoted to guiding people back to their natural state of wholeness — where the body feels safe, the heart feels open, and the spirit remembers its freedom. The Domino Affect is the ripple that begins when one person chooses to release, reset, and rise. In our time together, whether through Kundalini Activation Practice, women’s circles, or immersive retreats, my role is to hold a sacred current where you can remember who you are beyond the stress, burnout, and noise of daily life. This work is not only for you — it is for your loved ones, your community, and for the healing of humanity as a whole.
